Located in Chicago’s West Loop neighborhood, Monteverde is an Italian restaurant that blends the traditions of Italian culture and cooking with influences from James Beard Award Chef Sarah Grueneberg’s trips around the world, as well as her family heritage. Monteverde offers a new way to experience Italian food, highlighting some dishes that are deeply rooted in tradition while others have adventurous new flavors, through the use of global ingredients and cooking methods not usually seen in the Italian kitchen. At the heart of the restaurant is the Pastificio where our team creates fresh, hand-made pastas throughout the day, offering a variety of shapes, sizes and textures. Flour is power at Monteverde.
Robotoaster has assisted Monteverde on various projects throughout the last few years. As their go to creative agency we have had the pleasure of creating everything from specialty menus for the restaurant and print material for specials and announcements to custom stop motion pasta videos.
Along with this, Robotoaster currently maintains and updates the Monteverde website, most recently hi-lighting Chef Sarah’s James Beard award win. Beyond the restaurant, RT has also assisted in the creative for Chef Sarah’s run to the top of the Chicago Cochon 555, and her crowning as the ‘Princess of Porc’.
